In order to avoid insufficient stocks all our products are made to order and we take 2-7 business days for fullfilment. Shipping times are extra and depends on product type and destination. Please note, during times of high order volume such as major holidays processing time may take longer as usual.

The tracking number will be provided via email if it is available. (it is given according to the chosen shipping method)

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties, taxes & custom fees are not included in the shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company.

We are not responsible for any damage or delays incurred by the courier service and we will not take responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly.

Return Policy

WE OFFER MONEY BACK GUARANTEE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE.

If you received a defective or blemished item, we will refund you (excluding original shipping cost and other fees) or send an exchange product :).

All claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. To initiate a refund or an exchange, please send us an email at contact@tee.gift including your order number, reason for the refund or exchange, well detailed pictures of the item/items, and we’ll provide you with instructions of returning or exchanging procedure.

Eligible return items must be unused, in the same condition they are received, and shipped back in the original packaging – including your receipt or proof of purchase and item’s label. Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages of returning items.

Please beware: We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges. Please be sure to check carefully detailed description and size guide of the item you are purchasing before placing an order. Thank you for understanding.
